Our rates are some of the lowest in the Las Vegas area.
Dump station: $10.00 per dump
Daily: $15.00 a day (includes electricity) 5 day maximum stay allowed on the daily rate.
Weekly: $120.00 a week (includes electricity), plus a $100.00 security deposit.
Monthly:
Back In: (35 feet long or less): $325.00 per month, plus a $100.00 security deposit, and tenant is responsible for electricity (paid to the park, not the power company). Each space individually metered.Pull-thru: (35 to 40 feet long): $370.00 per month, plus a $100.00 security deposit, and tenant is responsible for electricity (paid to the park; not the power company). Each space individually metered.Weekly and monthly rates are based on a two adult occupancy only. Any additional adults will cost $10.00 per person if you rent weekly and $50.00 more a month per person if you rent monthly.The security deposit is refundable upon moving out if all rent and electric is paid up and the space is left clean. No refunds of rent money. We reserve the right to refuse service to older and/or unsightly RV's.We accept cash, check, or money order only; no credit cards.
